What if I don't like any of the proposals received?

It is our opinion that having the opportunity to work with such a large number of creative professionals, makes it virtually impossible for you to find yourself at the end of a contest without having been presented with at least one or more projects which meet your requirements. Furthermore, once the winning project has been announced, BestCreativity provides access to a dedicated area in which the client may negotiate directly with the designer in the event that the client require additional work.

If, at the end of a project, you still have not identified a project which meets your expectations, please contact us so that we may advise you on the best way to proceed. You may however always choose to extend your project; this will allow you to have more time to identify the best creative project which is perfectly in line with your needs.

Finally, we believe in our service so much that we offer a full satisfaction guarantee. Our primary concern is that you be fully satisfied with the work undertaken but, in the event you remain unsatisfied even after an extension of the contest, we will refund the sum deposited. We will only keep your posting fees (normally around $50) and any of the upgrades you paid (such as promotion and private fees, transaction fees and so on) which will be used to award one of the contest participants as a consolation prize. On the other hand, if your project does not receive proposals from at least 3 creative professionals, we will refund the entire sum and close the contest.

We offer you this type of guarantee because we are certain that you will find at least one project which will respond perfectly to your expectations. It is still advisable that you monitor your project, sending feedback, voting received proposals, and answering designer comments, so as to obtain the best results possible from the contest.

In the event you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days from the end of the contest, or rather, before the project status becomes inactive. Finally, it is important to underline that if you choose a winner for your project, we will not be able to reimburse you, and that the refund policy is valid for all projects with the exclusion of brand and corporate naming projects.
